Acting as an independent contractor (legal name Tri-Chetire, LLC) executed more than 10 personal consulting projects including:
• Private orders for financial modeling, valuation, Due diligence, and preparation of presentation materials for investors in the following sectors: metallurgy and rolling, real estate management and development, production of tools and power equipment, natural resource extraction, pharmacology, street retail (fast-food) and more
• Support for M&A transactions on the buy/sell side, evaluating profitability and efficiency of transactions
• Working with investment banks and funds on M&A, capital raising, and debt instrument restructuring
